    The third National Agricultural Photobiology and Lighting Industry Development High-level Forum was held in Beijing National Convention Center in April 1 and 2.


    As an LED packaging expert in the field of plant lighting, NATIONSTAR was invited to attend the meeting and presented the whole series of plant lighting products.


    In addition, NATIONSTAR’s non-visual lighting business division senior engineer Li Honghao and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other units of experts on the same stage speech, focusing on the introduction of the high luminous efficiency of the latest plant LED product research and development.

    Last August, NATIONSTAR was formally established the non-visual lighting business unit, it focusing on the infrared, ultraviolet, flora and fauna lighting and other subdivided fields of products. Recently, it released the high photosynthetic efficiency plant lighting LED series products. These series products include LED series with a narrow spectrum of monochromatic light at 380-760 band, as well as LED of deep red color, LED of full spectral range and LED of sunlight typed excited by phosphor powder. It covers a wide range and meets different spectral requirement of plants, which can be customized according to customers’ spectral requirement.


    Monochromatic LED series includes UV series wavelength, B series wavelength, R series wavelength, FR series wavelength. It basically covers the physiological effective radiation wavelength of plants also can be widely used in different stages of plant growth.



    Deep read LED series includes blue and red two bands of spectrum. Blue and red light can promote chlorophyll absorption, which is suitable for plant growth.



    Full-spectrum LED series covers the continuous spectrum from blue light, green light, red light to far-red light, realizing the scheme of integrating various spectra required by plants into one, greatly improving the cost performance of plant light.



    The sunlight-type full spectrum LED series can achieve full coverage of 380-800 nm band. It can not only promote the growth of plants, but also help to improve the content of plant nutrients.



    NATIONSTAR high photosynthetic efficiency plant lighting LED series adopts the packaging structure of common structure and welding plate in the market, which has good compatibility. These series are adopted respectively by ceramic substrate, thermally laminated support and EMC support, which have high thermal conductivity and high reliability. All series products have high efficiency of optical quantum flux, among which the highest optical quantum flux efficiency of the full spectrum series reaches 3.0 mol/J.

    NATIONSTAR high photosynthetic efficiency plant lighting monochromatic LED series adopts high precision equipment to realize the integrated lens package of high viscosity silicone resin on TOP support, which greatly improves the light and photon flux on the basis of maintaining the original cost and production efficiency.



    NATIONSTAR high photosynthetic efficiency plant lighting LED fluorescent powder series adopts high precision bouncing coating technology, which reduces the scattering degree and the emission area of fluorescent powder. Meanwhile combined with high precision equipment the lens is implemented on the TOP bracket. It achieve full spectrum series of small angle products, so as to improve the photosynthetic photon flux density of the full spectrum series of plant LED lighting. In addition, it adopts the gelatin-centrifugal composite packaging process to comprehensively improve the optical color consistency of the device, thereby to improve the spatial distribution uniformity of full-spectrum plant LED lighting.
